What is Kinesiology

The word Kinesiology (Kin-easy-ology) means the study of muscles and movement: in particular how muscles act and co-ordinate the body.

In Wholistic Health, muscles are used to monitor stress and imbalances within the body/mind. Muscle testing becomes an effective tool to detect and correct blockages relating to stress, nutrition, learning problems, pain, chronic health issues and energy.

Your body is the authority about you. It can give you feedback via muscle responses, such as which foods strengthen or weaken you; what you need to build self-esteem and heal your life; how to increase your vitality and have physical, emotional, chemical and energetic balance in your life.

Muscle monitoring interacts with the being on a much deeper level than thought processes only.
