Deposits are non-refundable if your attendance is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the course. They are transferable to another course within 12 months, if notice of non-attendance is given at least 7 days before the begining of the course. (administration fees apply to transfers)

Course fees and deposits are not refundable or transferrable without the 7 days notification in writing before the course, as course materials and a place have been reserved for you.
