BKP 101 - Basic Self Care Kinesiology

 

In this introductory training you will learn a number of self-help tools. These include a variety of massage points, holding points, and meridian tracing to energize and balance you. Youíll be introduced to whole body testing, walking gait reflexes, integration exercises, switching on the eyes and ears as well as emotional stress release, the wheel of emotions and goal balancing.

BKP 102 - Muscle Testing
In this unit, you will learn to muscle test accurately and start to balance other people. Youíll learn how to use muscle feedback to identify dehydration, neurological disorganization, ionization and the integrity of the Central Meridian, as well as how to empower the energy balance of the thymus. Learn about the anatomy of the bones and how to work directly with muscles.

BKP 103 - The 5 Elements

This unit introduces you to the theory of the 5 Elements, covering the law and the flow of energy, sound, colour and emotions of each element. Balancing the yin meridians begins in this unit along with circuit locating, challenging corrections and using food to strengthen meridians. The colour and sound balance adds a special touch to this unit.

BKP 104 - Superficial Energy Corrections

The yang meridians are part of this unit and balancing the energy following the superficial flow of meridians in the body by the rules of the ìMeridian Wheelî. History and principle of Kinesiology are covered as well as the basic anatomy of body organs. Get to know how to surrogate for a client or use surrogate muscles and begin taking a professional Client Health Record.

BKP 105 - In Depth Theory of the 5 Elements
In this unit, youíll discover a deeper understanding of the 5 Elements and learn about alarm points, luo points, acupressure holding points, yin/yang theory, body polarity, and working with the full chart of emotions. Youíll learn more about muscles through taking part in hands-on activities.

BKP 107 - Using Kinesiology to Reduce Pain

This unit focuses on pain reduction through a variety of technique such as emotional and postural stress release, meridian flow adjustment, working with muscles, exercise, integration, figure eights, marine spiral energy, foods and supplements. Note: BKP 107 is taught after BKP 108

BKP 110 - Maintaining Client Health Records

You will get more in-depth tools on how to establish desired outcomes, maintain client rapport, facilitate clients towards self-responsibility, as well as how to keep proper clinical records and make referrals.

Final Assessment and Exam

Dates are individually chosen for each student
Study and prepare for your final assessment. You will complete an oral, practical and Internet written exam. This gives you the opportunity to review everything and do a supervised client consultation.
